Before making any payment, please read our cancellation policy. By completing a transaction, you agree to these policies.
Offers, discounts and payments
- Offers cannot be combined.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Reservations with any type of discount are non-refundable.
- As our direct booking channel, we offer two ways to pay: a payment link from our official platform and/or paying directly in our booking engine.
- The only valid offers are those published on our official channels: Instagram @casachulaoax and our website casachulaoaxaca.com.
- We are not responsible for reservations made through other sales channels.
Reservations in Mexico (invoicing)
At the moment we only issue invoices (facturas) for reservations paid by bank transfer. We are working to enable invoicing for payments made directly on our website and through online payment links.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel less than 21 days before your check-in date, or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited.
- If you cancel 22 days or more before your check-in date, the deposit is kept as a credit in your favour and you may change your dates (once per reservation). The credit is valid for 12 months.
- The deposit cannot be transferred to another guest. It must be used in the name of the person who made the reservation.
Hurricane policy
Early departures
No penalties will apply. Instead, Casa Chula Oaxaca will give guests who check out before their original departure date a certificate for the number of unused nights.
Rescheduling
Casa Chula Oaxaca will give guests a certificate for the number of prepaid nights, valid for 12 months. To use this option, guests must request their certificate within 5 days after the hurricane's impact. Additional nights or guests will be booked at the current rate, and name changes are not allowed. Rooms are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Conditions
- The policy comes into effect once the U.S. National Hurricane Center issues a hurricane warning for the area, or a hurricane directly hits Casa Chula Oaxaca.
- The policy applies only to reservations arriving or staying from 72 hours before to 5 days after the hurricane strikes.
- The certificate is valid for 1 year from the original travel date. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Subject to availability.
- The certificate cannot be redeemed for stays during Holy Week (Easter), Christmas or New Year's Eve. Other blackout dates may apply.
